Montel Solves Trinity University’s Space Problems

Client: Trinity University

Location: San Antonio, TX, United States

Challenge: The Elizabeth Huth Coates Library from Trinity University is continuously evolving with a result that library shelving is more than ever an important concern. Consequently, the Library was facing major space problems as their existing Library Bureau shelving was used to full capacity.

Objective: With a growing volume of educational documentation, the Elizabeth Huth Coates Library was searching for an economic way to maximize its existing library space and incorporate the existing shelving into a high-density mobile solution.

Solution: To help Trinity University improve its organization and optimize its library space, the Elizabeth Huth Coates Library incorporated its existing library shelving into Montel’s unique powered WIRED high-density mobile systems. By utilizing mobile shelving, WIRED occupied 62% of the previous library shelving space, which reduced 520 square feet of space for needed library services and functions.
