JOB DESCRIPTION :

This position prepares and designs drawings for production. They are responsible for the logistics behind the manufacturing the parts in the factory. He will also be responsible for programming the automated folder.

 

DUTIES:

- Develop production drawings;

- Develop assembly drawings;

- Develop detailed drawings for the installation;

- Enter data into the computer system;

- Develop sketches (drawings of preliminary parts);

- Design parts for different prototypes or special projects;

- Provide technical support to the bidding, project management and production departments;

- Perform the programming of the automated folding machine;

 - Perform any other task requested by the immediate superior.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- DEC in mechanical engineering technique, option design or mechanical manufacturing or equivalent training;

- 1 year of experience in mechanical design;

- Knowledge of sheet steel (asset);

- Knowledge of Autodesk / Inventor software (asset) and Office;

- Good three-dimensional perception of objects.

 

ABILITIES:

 We are looking for a person who will be able to demonstrate creativity and autonomy. It must also demonstrate the ability to train in technical aspects and possess technical and functional skills.
