DUTIES:

• Process and respond to customer inquiries and submissions and follow-up;

• Prepare the appropriate bids and drawings;

• Define the schedule of the work;

• Checks to ensure that the products are in compliance with the customer's request and clearly identify the essential information;

• Negotiate with customers, the feasibility of special products and transport;

• Arrange to ship the required goods as soon as possible;

• Give the best tools to installers;

• Meet a client if necessary to assist or help solve a problem;

• Do the necessary follow-up with the customer during the process of taking orders to the after-sales service and the payment of the invoice;

• ensure troubleshooting and technical support to customers;

• Represent the company occasionally in various local events or outside.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingualism (English-French);

• Spanish (asset);

• 3 years experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment (asset);

• Project Management experience

ABILITIES:
