Our response to COVID-19

First and foremost, our hearts go out to those struggling because of COVID-19, including the medical professionals and first-responders who are working tirelessly to stem the outbreak. 

Montel has been considered business essential and the factory has been operational since April 23rd, 2020. 

We are following guidelines for responsible manufacturing and business practices, while ensuring all our essential workers stay safe. 

In light of the uncertainty raised by this global pandemic, you may experience some difficulty contacting your local Authorized Montel Distributor. If you’re having trouble reaching your local AMD to reschedule an installation or request maintenance, please contact us at system@montel.com. We will do our best to respond quickly.
