University of Wisconsin New Football Equipment Storage
Montel, a global leader of high-density mobile storage shelving system solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been selected to provide football equipment storage solutions for the University of Wisconsin Student-Athlete Performance Center in Madison, Wisconsin.
In conjunction with Integrated Sports Specialties, LLC, this specialized athletic equipment storage contract is for the supply and installation of Montel’s Mobilex® high-density mechanical mobile storage system and SmartShelf® 4-Post hybrid shelving system.

The University of Wisconsin Student-Athlete Performance Center project will be provided in three phases and will consist of a new Athlete Performance Center, a new Fetzer Academic Center, sports medicine and strength and conditioning spaces. The project will also replace the artificial turf in Camp Randall and in the McClain Center. The project includes a redevelopment of the lower level of the McClain Center and a new tunnel connection to Camp Randall Stadium. A new multi-purpose exterior plaza and landscape upgrades to Badger Way will also be included from Breese Terrace to the Camp Randall Arch, as well as upgrades to Engineering Drive.
