Support and increase growth of an existing network of Authorized Montel
Develop new authorized distributors where Montel is not represented;
The capability of selling and managing major projects with or without a distributor
depending on each project ;
Make sure all the AMDs are meeting or exceeding their objectives;
Work with VP of Sales - Distributor Network on go-to-market strategies;
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities;
Surveying distributors and consumer needs and trends.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
Meeting Sales Goals;
Motivation for Sales
Ability to travel / Regional Travel required (approximately 50% of the time)
5 + years of sales experience within an industrial or commercial environment;
Western Canada Or Western USA
Strong written and verbal skills in English
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Knowledgeable with SalesForce
