Prior to becoming North America's leading manufacturer of mobile systems, we had acquired nearly 40 years' experience in the electrical industry, including extensive involvement in the construction of generating stations and power grids for major world leading hydroelectricity plants. From the manufacturing of bicycle stands to electrical flip-flop toasters in the 1930's, from its first involvement in cantilever library shelving applications in 1955 to the acquisition of the assets of Art Metal Inc. of New Jersey in 1986, Montel then became fully devoted to high density storage systems.
